How to use
Swap your ordinary pillowcase for 100% silk. Silk fibres are significantly less-absorbent and help keep your skin and hair moisture levels high. They reduce friction (and so breakage) on your hair and reduce wrinkling (and therefore creasing) on delicate facial skin. Take care! Wash your silk pillowcase on a delicate cycle, ideally in a lingerie bag, using cold water and silk-suitable detergent. Or hand wash in cold water, rinse well, then sandwich between a towel to absorb excess water before hanging to dry.
