How to use
Doing a D.I.Y manicure? Paint a thin layer onto your cuticles where the skin meets the nails. Wait about 30 seconds, then use a cuticle sticks to gently push them back. Wash hands with warm, soapy water after use, then follow with a base coat, polish and top coat.
