Yes! We're NOT a beauty subscription box, we're the first ever luxury beauty Buyers' Club (think about a luxury Costco, but with all premium quality wellness and beauty products, straight from the world's leading third-party suppliers). You shop for what you want, when you want. Some of our customers shop every quarter, others twice a month. It's completely up to you (although we do encourage buying more at once and shipping more thoughtfully).

4. You will be presented with your membership end date

BEAUTY PIE products are produced to our unique specifications (a combination of packaging and product). Our Typical Prices are what you would typically pay at a retailer (online or offline) for a luxury product of similar quality, efficacy and size/weight.

Our Typical Price is also the price we charge to customers who shop at BEAUTY PIE without a membership. To ensure our Typical Prices are current and correct, we look at the formulations, ingredients, packaging, uses, claims and product sizes of our luxury and premium beauty competitors, and check their pricing at a variety of well-known online and offline retailers. We also account for taxes and delivery charges. We repeat this benchmarking exercise for every one of our products at regular intervals.

Lastly, there is a formula used by the 'old' beauty industry, where the mark-up on the Cost of Goods goal (final finished cost of the product) can be eye-watering. It's all about what they can convince a customer to pay. We think that customers deserve a lot better than that. It's why we started BEAUTY PIE.
