UK Modern Slavery Act Statement 2026/7

Introduction
At BEAUTY PIE, we are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within our business, or with any of the third parties we work with. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour within our own operations and across our global supply chain.
As we continue to scale, we recognise that our exposure to supply chain risks naturally evolves. We remain vigilant, constantly refining our internal processes, advancing our supplier risk oversight, and actively collaborating with external partners to prevent, detect, and mitigate any such abuses.
Who are we?
BEAUTY PIE’s mission is to offer an ever-evolving expert edit of fantastic quality beauty and wellness products at the very best possible prices, and our belief is that your beauty products shouldn’t be picking your pocket.
To do this, we bypass industry middle-men by sourcing high-performance skincare, cosmetics, haircare, bodycare, home fragrance, accessories, and nutritional supplements directly from the world’s leading third-party laboratories and manufacturers. We recognise that comes with a responsibility to ensure we work with suppliers whose standards are as high as ours.
Suppliers
We partner with primary (Tier 1) suppliers across Asia, North America, and Europe.
We acknowledge that our supply chain profile carries risks, specifically where raw ingredients are farmed, or where manufacturing processes utilise labour in territories where protections are less robust.
Our goal is to work exclusively with partners who share our high ethical standards. Over the period, we have consolidated and advanced our due diligence through a structured, risk-based system
All new suppliers undergo a strict ‘due diligence’ process, which includes an audit of their supply chain ethics, a commitment to our code of conduct and anti-bribery policies, and an additional ESG due diligence screening process.
We invest in our supplier relationship management, ensuring we have oversight over our supplier relationship. We maintain a regular cadence of physical site visits. We also have effective systems and controls, including a strict contract approvals process to ensure the Company’s senior management have visibility of significant new supplier relationships.
We are members of SEDEX, which is a globally recognised membership organisation and used by many retail brands in order to evaluate the ethical standards of businesses across the supply chain. This system is used alongside an updated Supplier Code of Conduct to ensure that our suppliers understand and meet the ethical standards expected of them as Beauty Pie partners.
People
Modern slavery and human trafficking do not just present risks in supply chains, but in all areas of the business including our own workplace. In order to continue to manage and mitigate these risks in our own hiring practices, our People team has extensive onboarding processes, including right to work checking compliance, and we are committed to making sure that our employees can make their own choice to accept or reject employment offers. We will continue to review the ways in which we can monitor this within our internal processes and adapt these to ensure that we are recognising and reporting any further risks within our business.
Policies and Training
To ensure alignment with our values, we maintain a robust framework of internal and external policies, regularly reviewed and updated to reflect international best practices.
This includes issuing all manufacturers with our Code of Conduct, which sets out our ethical and environmental requirements.
Our internal policies and practices help to ensure that our staff are aware of the high standards we hold, and we set out clear processes in the event of non-compliance. All of our employees are provided with access to our policies upon joining the business, and are required to complete a sign off on specific policies acknowledging that they have read and understood them.
