Promotional Terms and Conditions
Sometimes, we may give you a promotional code to reduce the price of specified Products or Memberships. Each promotional code has its own rules which will be set out below for all live promotions.
We may cancel or suspend a promotional code without notice where an event beyond our control affects the running of the promotion, or where we suspect fraud or technical error.
Where a promotion includes a gift/sample product and you decide to cancel your membership, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the gift/sample product from any refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Liberty atrium Prize
This contest is operated by Beauty Pie Ltd, of 1 Wells Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1T 3PQ. The contest is not affiliated with any third party or social media platform and you release the relevant social media platform(s) from any liability arising from this contest.
The contest is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except to Beauty Pie employees, their families, or any third party associated with the administration of the context.
No purchase is necessary. A purchase does not include your chance of winning. To enter, you must follow the instructions in the contest description.
The opening date for entries is 28th May 2026. The closing date is 3rd June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
One winner will be chosen by Beauty Pie based on their photo submission on 4th June 2026. ("Draw Date"). Beauty Pie’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will receive a trio of Beauty Pie’s bestselling moisturisers. The prize is offered ‘as-is’ and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.
The winner will be notified by Instagram or Facebook private message or comment. Winners may also be announced on Beauty Pie social media. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Beauty Pie will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
Please note that your personal information will be used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in these rules. Please see our privacy policy at beautypie.com for more details regarding how the promoter will use your personal information.
The surname and county of the winner can customer.service@beautypie.com within 7 days after the closing date of the prize draw.
If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, please email social@beautypie.com prior to the closing date of the promotion.
If you are sharing an endorsement of Beauty Pie to enter the contest, you must disclose this. You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
Entrants hereby grant the promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to promote Beauty Pie via social media accounts, and entrants waive all moral rights in their submissions for the benefit of the promoter.
While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit or exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the promotion or which are caused by a third party. You indemnify us for any claim arising out of use of any prize.
Contest is void where prohibited by law.
The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.

The Beauty Pie referral reward scheme gives Beauty Pie members the opportunity to receive rewards for referring friends, and friends the opportunity to receive rewards by being referred to Beauty Pie. The referral scheme is subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to the Beauty Pie Terms and Conditions. By participating in the referral scheme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not participate.
Referrer Member | £10 Off Qualifying Orders
If you refer a friend and they place an eligible first order at beautypie.com using your referral code / link, we will offer you a reward to receive money off your next order(s). You can earn the following rewards:

We reserve the right to stop rewards being used against specific products.
For the referral to qualify, you must be a Beauty Pie member aged over 18, and the referred friend must: (a) be a new customer of Beauty Pie; (b) be over 18; (c) use the referral code / link you share with them; and (d) meet the conditions for their reward set out below.
There is no limit to the number of people who can use your unique referral code / link, and you can receive multiple rewards. However you may apply one reward per order. If you have multiple rewards, these will need to be redeemed against multiple orders. A referrer may not earn more than 10 rewards in any 24 hour period. It can take up to 3 weeks for you to receive your reward, after your friend’s cooling off period. You will need to use the code within 12 months.
You will only get your reward if your friend pays for, and does not return or cancel their order. If your friend cancels or returns their order (including canceling a membership within 1 month), neither of you will be rewarded.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
You may not refer yourself. If you attempt to do so, or we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, we may cancel rewards, outstanding orders, and suspend associated accounts.
