Remove the pump clip, then twist the pump a half-turn clockwise to unlock the nozzle (you can lock it again afterwards, too) and press down to dispense. In the shower or bath, massage a handful of body wash onto damp skin or onto a sea sponge and rub into a lather. Rinse well and follow with your favourite body moisturizer.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If product gets into your eyes, rinse well with cool water until irritation subsides.
