You won’t pay anything, or join officially, until you check out. If you’ve chosen Beauty Pie+, you’ll pay one upfront fee for the whole year and your membership will automatically renew on the same date the following year, unless you cancel.
If have a Beauty Pie Monthly membership, your membership fee will be taken on the exact day and time that you originally signed up, each month. If you joined us on the last day of the month, your renewal date will always be on the last day of every month going forward (i.e. in February, which only has 28 days, you’ll renew on the 28th rather than the 29th, 30th or 31st). If you have upgraded, downgraded, or had a problem with your payment - resulting in a break in your first membership date - the new date and time of your re-activated membership will be your new renewal date every month.
Payment is taken automatically using the card you registered in the ‘Payment Methods’ tab - marked as your 'Membership Fee Payment Method'. You can amend your method of payment at any time in the 'My Account' section of our website.
Absolutely! You can shop what you want, when you want at our unbeatable members' prices. We’re NOT a beauty subscription box, we’re a club that gives you access to premium quality beauty and wellness products, straight from the world’s leading labs via our beauty warehouse. Some of our customers shop a few times a year, others a couple of times a month. It’s completely up to you (although we do encourage buying more at once and shipping more thoughtfully).
You can cancel your membership at any time on the ‘Membership and Billing’ section of your Beauty Pie account.
Paid members who haven't placed a product order or used a benefit are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
If you cancel after 14 days, you will still be able to cancel your membership at any time and your membership will expire at the end of its current term. However, you won’t be refunded your membership fee.

Our Traditional Retail Price is an estimate of what you’d typically pay for a high-end product of comparable quality and size.
We benchmark each of our products against products from other luxury brands, by looking at the formulation, ingredients, uses, claims and packaging - as well as taking into account traditional beauty industry markups.
Because we work with the world’s leading labs to formulate products exclusively for us, there may be differences between our products and the ones we compare them to. For example, we keep our packaging high-quality but minimalist (and as recyclable as possible) because we believe that you shouldn’t be paying more for unnecessarily wasteful packaging. To ensure our Traditional Retail Prices are current, we regularly audit them nationally with a variety of well-known online and offline retailers.
We regularly benchmark our products against products of comparable quality and size. Prices checked Nov 2025 and are subject to change. Prices are based on the competitor brand's headline price, excluding other promos. Ingredients and specifications may vary, so we encourage you to compare before you shop!
We offer two options for shipping – ‘Standard’ and ‘Next Day’. You can find a full breakdown of these charges on our Delivery page. Most online businesses hide the cost of shipping by bumping up the price of their products to incorporate it. At the moment, we’ve decided not to do that. (What’s the difference if you pay it in one column or another, right? You’re still paying for it, and everybody knows there is no package transport fairy!).
If we ever decide to change the costs of shipping by building it into the cost of the products, we’ll tell you about it first, we’ll do it totally transparently, and you’ll pay exactly the same total price either way for an order. So don’t worry about a thing!
If you do not save the value of your Beauty Pie+ or Beauty Pie+ Starter annual membership by the end of your first membership year, we will refund the amount you didn’t save. Savings are calculated as the member price of products purchased vs the non-member price of products. Purchases during any free trial period count towards the first year total. Guarantee applies to new annual members only, in your first year - for new memberships or free trials taken out from 17 December 2025.
How to claim: Please submit your claim to our Member Happiness team here. You must submit your claim within 30 days of the end of your membership year. Claims will not be accepted before the end of your membership year. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where we conclude that the purchaser has abused or is attempting to abuse the guarantee. We may amend or terminate the guarantee at any time without notice. This guarantee does not affect your legal rights.
