Step 1

Take one of the rough refills and one of the smooth refills and apply each one either side of the foot file by peeling off the adhesive strips and sticking firmly in place.

Step 2

On dry feet, briskly run the rough side back and forth over hardened heels and calluses to exfoliate skin.

Step 3

Turn over the foot file and use the smooth side to buff and polish skin.

Step 4

Soak feet and pat dry.

Step 5

Follow with a rich, nourishing foot cream.

(After use, the foot file should be rinsed with water and left to air-dry. Do not soak, as this may cause the refills to peel off.)

How to add on each refill:

+ Remove the backing from the refill and position it centrally over the flat foot file.

+ Press down and smooth gently to secure the refill onto the foot file. File away!

How to remove each refill:

+ Gently peel off from the bottom upwards.
