BEAUTY PIE is the first luxury beauty product buyers’ club. Our mission? Democratize the luxury beauty industry by disrupting the mainstream luxury beauty brand business model.
BEAUTY PIE sells luxury beauty products from over 50 of the world’s leading third-party labs, but without the luxury beauty prices, by cutting out intermediaries, avoiding expensive real estate and retailer markups - while focusing totally on delivering product quality and efficacy.

New Product Development
Our NPD team works across research and development, lab searches, product testing and legal, trend updates, competitive shopping and member response and polling.
Our Creative Services team shoots our imagery, creates our emails, designs our web banners, builds our social post visuals, makes up mini videos and GIFS, while continuously beautifying our packaging and dreaming up new send-out boxes.
This central PIE HUB manages our main interface for shopping at BEAUTY PIE. The team includes Front-End Programmers, Merchandisers, Platform Product Managers, Performance Marketers and Data Analysts, all under our Growth Director (pictured above).
It's about 'the brand'. Because even though we're an unbranded Buyers' Club, we need a constant stream of great ideas, exciting initiatives, brand partnerships, new content creation, collaborations and ad campaigns to keep BEAUTY PIE front and centre.
We’re super excited to announce that we're now building our first in-house Tech team and are looking to recruit amazing CTOs, Engineers, UX/UI experts and Product Managers. If you are one, or you know one, apply!
Ops is the glue that connects our global network of luxury Product Suppliers to our warehouses and our back-end systems. Our Ops team oversees everything from forecasting, stock levels and quality control, to costing, shipping and receiving product transfers.
Our Finance team acts as a sounding board within our always excited PIE ecosystem! They're responsible for: giving green-lights to in-house projects and spend, ensuring all areas are operating within budgets, and challenging investment versus return on all our ideas and initiatives. Because after all, everybody – including the PIE – has rent to pay.
Our People team is responsible for everything 'employee' – from organisational design, recruitment, finding and hooking the best talent (is that you?), to training, growth and development, troubleshooting, well-being and 'rewards'. We want everybody here to be happy, competitive, inspired, learning and growing. You do your part, we'll do ours...
