The Collection

Known for her signature “chuckonable” makeup, Sam created these all-new products (with the help of BEAUTY PIE’s Product Development team) by calling to mind previous go-to shades she’s loved and lost; ‘holy grail’ makeup items she wished were slightly more ‘this or that’; and working with the most current cosmetics scientists to secure the best possible textures. Wear them how you want: from effortless and edgy to high-impact, modern glamour.

Get Ready With Sam

Here, Sam takes us through 4 easy-to-wear (and even easier to apply) makeup looks using her Beauty Pie collection of all new products.

60s Silver Look Sam C

The Look: 60s Silver

Think of this look as a classic smoky eye but with a 60s twist. “Sometimes people are wary of a smoky eye but a great way to make it more wearable is to pair it with a soft lip - this particular shade is Bear, which is a beautiful modern brown.” As for the eyeshadow, Sam used the Sheer Machine Eye Paint in Cassio - a sleek gunmetal. “It can go on strong or it can blend out until it’s pretty sheer. I’ve got it on quite soft but then I’ve used Supercolour Kohl Liner in Smoky Quartz along the lash line to add intensity.” To finish? “Loads of mascara”.

Sam C Red Lip

The Look: Sam’s Red Lip

There is no makeup look more iconic than a classic red lip. Sam’s signature red is the shade Pops in the new Wondercolour Matte Liquid Lipsticks (“it’s a beautiful poppy colour”) which she wore with a subtle, softly smokey eye. “I used the Sheer Machine Eye Paint in Verona, which is a very soft metallic taupe, to create balance with the strong lip.”  On her cheeks, Sam used the new Blushy Lip & Cheek Tint in Bud. “I’m mad for this,” she confesses. “It gives you a soft rosy glow on your cheek but it also gives you a light-reflecting sheen, so it’s essentially a highlighter as well. Plus, you can use it on the lips to give a really, really soft, bitten-lip look.”

Modern Rose Sam C

The Look: Modern Rose

Using the shade Jude in the Wondercolour Liquid Lipstick as her starting point, Sam built this suits-everyone, romantic look. “I applied three coats for an opaque finish, but it can be easily toned down for a softer look,” she says. “You can put a little bit on and buff it in with a brush so it’s much softer. The formula is really versatile.” On the eyes, Sam chose Wondercolour Shadow Stick in Lady M to create a natural-looking shadow on the eyelids. “I absolutely love this pencil. I’ve been looking for one this colour for years - it just creates a natural shadow on the lid, or if you have a little bit of a deeper skin-tone, you can use it on your waterline too.”

Copper Gaze Sam C

The Look: Copper Gaze

Meet the Sheer Machine Eye Paint in Omni - the perfect sparkling copper eyeshadow. “I absolutely love this shade of the eye shadow - it’s my favourite of all the shades,” Sam says. “It is so flattering on every skin tone.”  Sam used a deep pink shade on the lips (Wondercolour Matte Liquid Lipstick in Rosa) to keep the look fresh and fun. “This eyeshadow would look equally gorgeous with the red lip so if you want to be a little adventurous. In fact, it would be a stunning combination.” We couldn’t agree more.
