Skincare Quiz

What best describes your skin type?

Normal Skin
Choose this if your skin is in generally good shape, with a few slight issues, but you'd like to start a routine - because prevention is the best medicine.
Combination Skin
Choose this if your t-zone gives you a bit of trouble (from time to time) but your skin is otherwise well-behaved. You might notice larger pores on your forehead, nose and chin than anywhere else, and you need more moisturizer on your cheeks.
Acne-Prone Skin
Choose this if your face is often shiny, you struggle with breakouts mainly on your T-zone (but all over if you're a teenager or going through hormonal changes), you often get clogged around your hairline, you sometimes break out on your back and/or chest, and you form blackheads and clogged pores quickly and easily.
Dry Skin
Choose this if your skin feels tight in the morning, it feels like a relief when you put on moisturizer, if serums sink into your face quite quickly, and if you only shine when you use a highlighter. Your pores are probably quite small, or invisible, and if you can see them, it's unlikely you notice any oiliness.
Sensitive/Rosacea-Prone Skin
Choose this if your skin reacts easily to active ingredients, if massaging your face (even with a cleanser) makes it flush, if you've had to be careful with new products in the past, and if more than 5 out of 10 skincare products you've tried have 'stung'.
Early Signs of Aging - fine lines, slight loss of firmness
Choose this if you're just starting to notice a few fine lines and shallow wrinkles, if your skin doesn't 'bounce back' quite as quickly as it used to, or if a bit too much sun has led to slight discolouration. You might also notice that your skin is 'thinning'.
Dehydrated Skin
If your skin doesn't naturally produce enough oil , it can be a bit 'dull'. You won't have issues with shine, or large pores, and you probably rarely have a breakout, or blackheads. This skin type usually needs hydration AND barrier restructuring, so we treat it as DRY/DEHYDRATED (the cause and the symptom) at the same time.
Hyperpigmentation
Choose this if you're noticing dark spots appear. You may or may not have had a fast-and-loose approach to sun protection in the past.
Mature Skin
Choose this if you're noticing deeper lines and wrinkles, a general loss of elasticity (so if you pinch your skin, it doesn't have quick bounce back), possibly uneven pigmentation due to hormonal fluctuations or sun damage, and you'd like to take a few visual years off.
