How to use
Step 1: Dr Glycolic™ Deep Purifying Clay Cleanser
Apply to dry skin and leave on for 2-3 minutes as a mask if you want a deeper, purifying cleanse. Add lukewarm water and massage in circular motions until a creamy foam forms. Rinse off.
Step 2: Super Healthy Skin Nourishing Body Polish
In the shower or before a bath, massage a generous handful onto dry or very slightly damp skin. Use circular motions, allowing the scrub to melt and spread. When you have finished exfoliating, rinse with warm water and lightly pat skin dry (no moisturiser will be needed). Use once or twice weekly for beautifully smooth and soft skin.
(Be careful in the shower as oils can make surfaces slippery!)
Step 3: Supergut™ Probiotic Dietary Supplement
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2 capsules daily with food. Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking any prescription medications, please consult with your doctor before use. This product is suitable for vegans. Keep out of reach of children.
