There are always a lot of questions flying around about the most popular days at the PIE, and it's super hard for us to ensure that every individual one gets answered, so we’re putting it all down here to hopefully help!
Exclusive to members, PIEDAYS allow you to shop a chosen BEAUTY PIE product without using up any of your precious Spending Limit. We aim to offer 4-6 PIEDAYS a year for monthly members and double the number of PIEDAYS for annual members – stock levels depending.
Whenever we have any PIEDAYS planned, they will coincide with your Spending Limit RENEWAL DAY.
At the moment, PIEDAYS are scheduled whenever we have enough stock to offer them, which relies on a lot of moving parts. Please read ALL our emails to ensure you don’t miss your chance!
For monthly BEAUTY PIE members we aim to have 4-6 PIEDAYS a year and for BEAUTY PIE annual members, you’ll receive double the number of PIEDAYS.
If you are not receiving any emails from us and think you might be missing your PIEDAYS, first please check your junk email to ensure they haven’t gone in there. If not, you may not have signed up to receive our emails when you registered your account, but you can easily do so at the bottom of our homepage, or you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you on the right list.
PIEDAYS are not scheduled for every single one of your monthly renewal days – we aim to have 3-4 per year only for monthly members and double the number of PIEDAYS for annual members. If we have announced that our PIEDAY promotion is happening on a particular month, please wait until the very end of your renewal day until contacting Customer Service.
If you haven’t received your personalised PIEDAY offer, please email us so we can help you ASAP: email@example.com. (The morning after your renewal date, sometimes our emails are delayed.)
Unfortunately not. We identify a product that we have enough of in the warehouse (sometimes we have to overorder a product to have a PIEDAY) and members can buy that product without using up any of their precious monthly Spending Limit.

1. First, just write down (or copy) your unique promo code below - don't share it, it's yours alone. Later, you'll enter (or paste) it into the promo box in the bottom right corner at checkout.

2. Before logging into your account, use the link below to add the chosen product straight to your shopping bag.

3. Then, sign into your account and shop within your available Spending Limit. DON’T FORGET TO ADD YOUR PROMO CODE before you check out.

We announce our exclusive PIEDAYS on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and by email (so please make sure to set your social settings so you are notified when we post and ensure our email sending address is marked as 'safe' in your inbox).
PIEDAYS are not the same as LIMITLESS shopping, which we introduced last Christmas. We think it’s another fun perk for the PIE, so have kept it going (and we're doing our best to get some fun things humming, but need to do it without a lot of warehouse hullabaloo each time we add new products, plus we've had to do a bit of back-end programming ). PIEDAYS are a way for us to say thank you to our incredible PIE community for supporting our exclusive luxury beauty Buyers’ Club!
In LIMITLESS – which is accessible for members only – a membership contribution is built into the price of each product, so when you drop it in your basket, you won't see anything coming out of your Spending Limit. Prices are higher because they incorporate your membership contribution and the normal members’ price (a breakdown – as always – can be seen in the transparency tab). This means that some months you can shop above your regular limit to try something new / treat yourself / buy gifts for friends, family and colleagues without sacrificing your own BEAUTY PIE habit.
