Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pleasant to use but just smears mascara As per title - this has not convinced me to stop using Dove beauty bars, because it just doesn’t cleanse enough. Lovely product but just doesn’t shift it enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best cleanser I have ever used I use it for both first and second cleanse and could not be happier with it. All make up gone, skin feels clean but not tight, absolutely love this. Far prefer it to the plantastic balm or the japanfusion cleansers and it's the only cleanser (not just from beauty pie) that I keep buying again and again once it runs out, instead of wanting to try something new. Just love it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fine as a second cleanse, but nothing special. I'm still waiting for a BP cleanser that will remove make up properly, and I've tried them all. This one is a fine second cleanse, but I struggle to remove any eye make up with it, having to use it 3 or 4 times to make a difference. I don't wear a massive amount of base, so I think it removes this ok, but wouldn't repurchase - there are man other things I'd rather spend my allowance on!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Melting cleanser! I love the different phases of this cleanser -- that feeling of the cream melting into a soothing oil-like lotion. Skin feels clean with no hint of dryness.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh. It’s not bad, but I am disappointed. Was definitely expecting more. Don’t see any difference to any other big standard cleanser. Much prefer Liz Earle. It does smell nice but won’t buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Better cleansers out there Not the easiest thing to use to remove make up, cleansing balms work better and this actually stings around my eyes when trying to remove eye make up. Not a fan!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just shocked me... at the filth this gets off my face at night, even with a morning cleanse - I use it with the microfibre cloths and I must admit that it’s quite addictive to see the dirt come off, but who knew my face oils\dirt etc. would be BROWN, even after cleansing that morning and just being in and around the house?! Most of it is oxidised oil, I guess but it’s still so satisfying to see haha - I also had a micro derma a month ago and this helped it so well. After the first few days of healing I was using this, glycolic drops alternately with the glycolic toner, and Qi moisturiser and even my esthetician says my skin is healing amazing well and the next gunk to pull out has been brought forward very quickly (I’ve about 15 years worth to pull out lol) Apart from that gunk, which is normal, I’ve has no new breakouts either. Outrageous product, love it. I’m thinking of making it into a double cleanse with something else, maybe the cleansing butter for upcoming dry winter skin days and something else. Anyway, this gets your face super clean! My cloth can attest (I was going to upload a vid but with would be so gross haha!) I think a lot of BP products working and not working is due to skin type. Even if it says it’s going to be amazing, it tonight just not work for you, like everything else in life. some reviews are terribly unfair and I think even if it doesn’t work for your super specialised sensitive, dry but oily but not quite oily but just a little flaky skin, then at least consider the merits for someone else. I will try to keep that in mind if I get something that doesn’t work and maybe direct someone to it who might get on better with it. The amount of people old enough to know, I see daily thinking every single thing will work with their sling is astonishing.
