Rated 4 out of 5 by from great product I love this cleanser, its makes me go ahhh as I massage it onto my face as I remove the days make up. The only fault I have with this product is the white lid is shedding bits of white as I unscrew it which ends up on my face. Otherwise I love love this. My face is all soft after using this and all traces of eye & face make up are removed. I wash off with a flannel and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Cleanser for my sensitive skin This was one of the first products I bought with Beauty Pie so have been using for 3 months. My skin is very dry, very dehydrated and extremely sensitive. Also prone to Rosacea. I have struggled to find a cleanser that really works, had been using a Kiehls product that was good but this has been exceptional. Gentle but effective, really moisturising and my skin has not looked as good in years. Plus it is only just running out and I use it morning and evening so very very good value. Smells gorgeous too. One note is that I do not use the cleansing cloth with it as muslin is too rough for my skin. This is now firmly on my desert island beauty product list. So happy it is back in stock.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for me I bought this a while ago and have only used it a few times, mostly when I've worn mascara, which it did a good job removing - it does sting but I'm yet to find a really thorough eye make up remover that doesn't. I think this cleanser would best suit those who wear a lot of make up, the texture is thick and oily (I can imagine it would do a great job getting rid of stage make up!) and can leave a residue if you're not really thorough rinsing it off. Overall, too thick and too much of a faff for a light/minimal make up wearer. It's not really worth the extra moisture for the sake of your skin if yours is normal (well, mine anyway, and in my opinion!), the super healthy skin deep purifying cleanser* leaves my skin feeling cleaner and just as soft (unfortunately not on the site as I'd review with 5 stars, it's brilliant, sadly I'm about to run out...). I do really like the packaging though! A nice looking product sitting in my bathroom :) so an extra half star for that. I suspect it will be sitting there a while! *if any staff/fellow customers can recommend a similar alternative, please do!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really like this I've been using this cleanser about once a week, sometimes a little more often, as my first cleanse on nights I really want something sumptuous. I ADORE the smell - it's like living inside a fruitbowl. But I do tend to use a second cleanser after this to make sure there isn't too much balm or residue left on my skin. I have sensitive, reactive skin prone to breakouts, and haven't had any issues with this. But I know my skin is more reactive when its hormonal, so I only use this in my robust weeks (if that makes sense).

Rated 2 out of 5 by from nice smell but a little too much residue I like the smell of the product and texture seems fine but quite thick. The residue left of my skin doesn’t suit me and i find i have to use a another product to wash my face afterwards. My main issue is the packaging, all the white on the packaging has come off in flaky bits of paint that get into the jar of product. Won’t purchase again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smells divine! I have just finished using my first pot of Plantastic cleansing balm. I don't wear foundation so have used it as a general cleanser. It is a pleasure to use and I find it hard to avoid slathering it on! It leaves my skin soft and supple however I don't feel it cleans really deep down. I am going to try the Japanese cleanser next and see how I go with that one. I think I'll definietly come back to the balm in the winter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I had high hopes for this, I love hot cloth cleansers and most Beauty pie products. Sadly it was very gritty especially for my eye area. I was told this was part of the product (which wasn’t listed) but it is defiantly not for me. Also the packaging within a week looked awful- all of the white lid peeling off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deep cleanse, luxurious feel I am 46 with combination skin. This is a thick ointment like cream, it rubs in well and I use it as my pre cleanse. It removes make up but doesn’t dry skin out. I use it with a muslin cloth. The glass jar it comes in is heavy and the packaging belies the price tag, except that the white lid is painted and bits of paint are falling off. A small issue and not one that is bothering me. Eve lom fans, this is a great alternative.
